2. Digital Product Policy and Refund Policy

All products offered under the Accelerated Publishing brand—including but not limited to digital files, templates, keyword lists, video trainings, and any associated upsells—are non-refundable.
Because of their immediate digital nature, access to the content is granted instantly upon purchase. Therefore, once the transaction is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You gain instant access to proprietary digital materials.

• You waive any right to request a refund or initiate a chargeback.

• You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort, implementation, and market conditions.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including any selected upsells.
If your payment method fails or is declined, your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Rapid Publishing Profits Masterclass and related upsells—including text, graphics, training materials, templates, videos, and software—is the exclusive property of Accelerated Publishing and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own educational or business purposes.

5. Personal Use Only

The Products are intended solely for your personal use. You may not share access, duplicate, or use any materials for commercial resale, teaching, or redistribution.

6. Disclaimer of Earnings

The Rapid Publishing Profits Masterclass and its related upsells provide educational content only. We make no guarantees regarding income, financial results, or business success. Your outcomes depend on your individual efforts, skills, and external market factors. Past results or testimonials do not guarantee future success.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with any digital product is to discontinue use of the materials.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial.
